AGM

As per the Constitution, the Para Hills CC wish to notify its members of the Annual General Meeting on the 4 March 2021.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 4 March, 2021 at the Para Hills Cricket Club at 7pm sharp. 

The following positions are declared vacant:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- General Committee (minimum 5)
To nominate for a position please email parahillscc.secretary@gmail.com with your nomination by Monday, 1 March 2021.

Motions
The Para Hils Cricket Club Committee is proposing the resolution of the following changes to the Constitution at the AGM as a special resolution (see attached)
Summary of key changes
- Executive positions will now be 2 years (changed from 1 year)
- All committee members must be ordinary members of the Association (changed to ->) - All committee members will be given an individual membership of the Association
- "...any ordinary member of the Association may nominate to become a Committee member (changed to ->) "Anyone may nominate to become a committee member, although only individual members of the Assocation may vote at meetings".
- No Committee Member shall be permitted to hold more than one Executive position on the Committee concurrently, although a person may hold an Executive position and a General Committee Member position at the same time. (added)
- Bank Signatories - The following Committee Members are to be approved bank signatories; President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. Additional signatories can be approved at a committee meeting (added)
- Life Member - Persons who have been an Individual Member of the Club for at least 10 years and provided 3 years exceptional service, or provided 10 years exceptional service (paid roles excluded) may either apply for or be nominated for Life Membership. (added)
- Player Life Member - category of membership removed
