As per the Constitution, the Para Hills CC wish to notify its members of the Annual General Meeting on 10 October 2024 at the Para Hills Cricket Club commencing at 6:30pm.  The following positions are declared vacant: Senior Fundraising & Events Coordinator Junior Fundraising & Events Coordinator Technical Officer Grants Officer Inclusive League Delegate Women's Cricket Delegate 1 x General Committe To nominate for a position please email parahillscc.secretary@gmail.com with your nomination by Thursday 3 October Motion Members entitled to vote may submit motions of notice for inclusion as special business at a Meeting. Any motions are to be submitted to the President (parahillscc.president@gmail.com) no later than 26 September 2024 (14 days notice) The Para Hils Cricket Club Committee is proposing the resolution of the following changes to the Life Membership section of the Constitution at the AGM as a special resolution. Current Constitution Wording (iii) ....Applications must be received by the Life Membership Committee at least 21 days prior to the Annual General Meeting..... (iv) New Life Members will be admitted at the Annual General Meeting (v) A person may be appointed a Life Member only by special resolution put to an Annual General Meeting by the committee Proposed Changes (iii) The Life Membership Committee must provide a minimum 21 days notice of a meeting. Applications for Life Membership must be received at least 7 days prior to the meeting (iv) New Life Members will be admitted at a time deemed appropriate by the Executive Committee and Life Membership Committee (v) A person may be appointed a Life Member only by recommendation by the Life Membership Committee which is endorsed by the Executive Committee.
