The aim of this Strategic Planning Session is to develop the following: - Defining our Purpose & Vision - Creating Club Values - Identifying our Priorities  - How we will achieve our priorities. Example of the structure we are looking for - bgszfguhju26eesi.pdf (revolutionise.com.au)   If everyone could please think about each of the above points and come with some ideas this will certainly assist in speeding up the session. I have prepared a presentation that we will use to structure the session and to assist with generating ideas and conversation starters. Registrations are now open for Growing for Gold 2021. We are inviting children aged 5 to 12 to come along to the Para HIlls Cricket Club and give cricket a try for FREE! We have a fantastic junior program and are looking for kids to start their cricketing journey with Para Hills CC through our Woolworths Cricket Blast Programs, Junior Blasters and Master Blasters. Head to the www.growingforgold.com.au and pick the session you want to try for free, then come along and give it a go. Anyone who decides to join the club after participating will receive a $40 SportsPower voucher. Growing for Gold is a collaboration between the City of PAE, City of Salisbury and City of Playford.

The Para Hills Cricket Club pre-season training for the U17's, Senior Men's and Senior Women's teams will commence on Thursday 2nd September at Mega Courts Indoor Centre in Windsor Gardens.  Players are encouraged to pay their season registration fees at these sessions.

Motions The Para Hils Cricket Club Committee is proposing the resolution of the following changes to the Constitution at the AGM as a special resolution (see attached) Summary of key changes - Executive positions will now be 2 years (changed from 1 year) - All committee members must be ordinary members of the Association (changed to ->) - All committee members will be given an individual membership of the Association - "...any ordinary member of the Association may nominate to become a Committee member (changed to ->) "Anyone may nominate to become a committee member, although only individual members of the Assocation may vote at meetings". - No Committee Member shall be permitted to hold more than one Executive position on the Committee concurrently, although a person may hold an Executive position and a General Committee Member position at the same time. (added) - Bank Signatories - The following Committee Members are to be approved bank signatories; President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.
